The video shows it all. But making the cauliflower mashed is easy and quick. It allows you to get in vegetables.
The basic recipe:
Cauliflower 1 head – cut into small bits
1 T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I like California or Arizona as the US has tight standards while imported Olive Oil is poorly regulated)
2 T butter (I prefer butter from grass fed cattle)
Salt and Pepper to taste
